Cancellation Policy

At Essence Beauty Lounge in McKinney, Texas, we value every client’s time as well as the time dedicated to providing personalized skincare services. To ensure we can accommodate all guests and maintain a smooth appointment schedule, we kindly ask that clients review and respect our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines below. This policy helps us continue offering attentive, high-quality care while keeping appointment availability fair for everyone.

Our Cancellation, Rescheduling & Deposit Policy

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Cancellations, no shows or rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a deposit fee, which will be required prior to scheduling a future appointment. This fee may be refunded when future appointments are canceled with proper 24-hour notice.

If you paid a deposit fee: Deposits are non-refundable for appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed (no-show) with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you need to reschedule outside of this window, your original appointment must be canceled to process your refund before booking a new session.
